This space was formerly two apartments and converted in a two floor duplex back in 1980. This spacious 1,500 square foot duplex consist of 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining, and an outdoor 400 square foot deck. Although, being in great condition the apartment called for some modernization.
